Resolving Antitrust Matters Efficiently
Facing antitrust issues is consequential, time-consuming, and expensive.
As a former Global Antitrust Partner at Baker & McKenzie (through 6/20), I use my 40+ years of experience with merger control, internal investigation, litigation and compliance training to:
Advise on antitrust matters
Resolve antitrust matters efficiently while managing increased workloads and smaller budgets
Provide hands on expertise and supervision as an internal antitrust lawyer for the duration of the matter
Organize and conduct internal investigations, define issues, formulate and execute a course of action
Guide companies on selecting external legal counsel, where needed, and oversee the relationship
I provide big law expertise and litigation experience for a negotiated flat monthly fee.
Recently, I advised on the antitrust aspects of approximately ten mergers. On January 25, 2023, he presented commentary to the Antitrust Committee of the New York City Bar Association on possible changes to the DOJ/FTC merger guidelines, and on March 23, 2022, he spoke to the Committee about the first U.S. antitrust case brought against parties from the P.R.C.
